Amberen had long been a category leader in menopause relief, but as the women’s wellness space rapidly expanded, the brand was losing distinction within an increasingly modernized and emotionally resonant competitive set. While at Design B&B, I led the evolution of the Amberen brand system across packaging, digital commerce, and portfolio architecture to help reposition the brand for a new generation of consumers. The challenge was balancing an optimistic emotional connection with the scientific authority expected from a clinically proven supplement brand. The redesigned identity system drew inspiration from amber itself — the origin of both the brand name and the formula’s hero ingredient. A transformative orange gradient became a central brand asset, paired with a structured geometric system and clean white space to create a balance between emotional warmth and scientific rigor.
